General Notes: Husband - Henry Snively


He was edu­cated at the public schools, and always remained on the farm. He enlisted in 1862 in Co. F, 136th P. V., and served through the nine months of the regiment, sharing in the battles of Fredericksburg and Chancel­lorsville. He was a member of the G. A. R.; in pol­itics he was a republican, and served in various town offices. The family attended the Presbyterian Church.
