Mrs. Jennie Ohler Duffield.
Mrs. Jennie Ohler Duffield; widow of the late James Duffield, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E. C. Clulow, 1231 Otter street, on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock, aged 73 years.
Her death was due to a complication of diseases. She suffered a paralytic stroke about a month ago, but was confined to her bed for only about 10 days.
Mrs. Duffield was born on April 5, 1851, in Clarion county.
In 1886 she was united in marriage with James Duffield. To this union were born two daughters, Mrs. E. C. Clulow and Miss Nettie Duffield, both of Franklin. Besides her daughters, she is survived by two grandsons, and also by three brothers and three sisters, as follows; Mrs. Nettie Hoon, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Mellie Snyder, Polk; Miss Lavina Ohler, of Canal township; Preston Ohler, of Franklin, Benton Ohler, of Utica; Lawrence Ohler, of Canal.
At the age of 17, she united with the Nicklin Methodist Episcopal church, but at the time of her death, she was a member of the Rocky Grove Evangelical church.
Funeral services are to be held at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon at 1231 Otter street, with Rev. B. L. Nicely in charge. Interment will be in the Millcreek cemetery.

They were married at the Methodist Episcopal church parsonage.
