General Notes: Husband - Christian Kuhns


He grew to man­hood on his father's farm in Monroe township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and then removed to Forest County, where he cleared a large farm which he cultivated until his death. He was a Republican in politics, and held several of the public offices of the township, and was also at one time county treasurer of Forest County. He was a Methodist in religion.
