General Notes: Husband - David Witherup

He was born after his parents located in Scrubgrass township, Venango County, Pennsylvania. For some years after his marriage he lived in a log house which he built on his father's farm-the place now [1919] owned by James B. Witherup. Then he lived on a farm in Victory Township until 1865, when he sold it and moved to Shelby County, Missouri, purchasing the large farm which he occupied until his death. [CAB, 1065]
