General Notes: Husband - William Algeo


From Rockhill, Ireland, He and his wife came to America, they preceded her parents in doing so by some years. They purchased a farm near Robinson's run, in the Chartier valley, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Her father, on coming to American shores located with his family near her, purchasing a farm in the same neighborhood.


General Notes: Wife - Rebecca Algeo


She owned property in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the block on Liberty street at the corner of Seventh avenue later owned by McCance.

She was maternal grandmother to Gen. Thomas A. Rowley and the Lytle brothers, who were well known in Pittsburgh.


Notes: Marriage

He and his wife were second cousins.
