General Notes: Husband - Adam Fishburn


He was born three miles east of Hummelstown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. When he was about six years old the family moved to Cumberland County, and settled on the farm in Dickinson Township. He remained on the family homestead, attending school in the winter seasons, and at his father's death inherited the farm, where he remained until 1883, when he purchased a property on West South Street, Carlisle, building a house there.

He had two children with his second wife, both died in infancy.
