General Notes: Husband - David Flegal




He was a native of Centre township [sic] and became an early settler of Morris township, Clearfield County, where he purchased one hundred acres of wild land, which he converted into a fine farm, and thereon reared his family of fourteen children. [CBRCP-CCJC, 964]

He was born in Maryland, whence when a young man he removed to Centre County, Pennsylvania, where he was married, at an early day taking up his residence upon a farm in Morris township, Clearfield County. [CBRCP-CCJC, 1021]
