General Notes: Husband - George W. Fulton

He was a native of Clarion County, Pennsylvania, and of Irish descent, his father having come from Ireland when a child. In early years he operated an iron furnace, but at the time of his death he was conducting a farm and gristmill, and was also a successful merchant and lumber dealer. His estate, which included a large amount of land, was very valuable. He was an active politician, and was regarded as a leading Democrat of his locality.
