General Notes: Husband - Dr. Samuel Fulton

He received a liberal education at the common schools of his native township, and at Jefferson College, where he took a literary course and graduated in the class of 1857. He then studied dentistry in Washington, and subsequently entered into partnership with one Robertson, in 1866, which continued for a short time when he bought out his partner's interest in the business, and continued with success up to the time of his death, the result of an attack of the "grip." He was originally a Democrat, but in the later years of his life was a pronounced Pro-hibitionist.
