General Notes: Husband - William Sebring

He came to the site of the McKeage grist mill, Cherry Tree, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, in 1826, and in that and the following year erected a frame grist mill, about twenty-six feet square. In 1828, he built a saw mill, and in 1833 he disposed of the property to the Newmans, removing in the same year to a farm about four and a half miles east of Indiana, well known as the Blockhouse tract.
