General Notes: Husband - Stephen Patton

During the active period of his life he was a carpenter and undertaker and owned a farm which he worked for a number of years. In politics he adhered to Jeffersonian principles; he served as a school director and belonged to the Rehoboth Presbyterian church.

He and his wife had nine children.
