General Notes: Husband - T. B. Allison


He was associate judge of Indiana County, Pennsylvania, one term. He was the postmaster of Marchand, with the exception of three years, after the office was established. He was a merchant for forty years, commencing in 1839, on the Bell farm, East Mahoning township, and located in 1843 on the east end of the Allison farm, adjoining what later became Marchand.
