General Notes: Husband - William Donaldson

He acquired a good English education in the common schools, and after completing the same pursued a course of study at the Scranton Mining School, becoming a practical miner. He was elected on the Democratic ticket to the office of burgess of South Greensburg. He was a member of Knights of Pythias, and Covenant Lodge, No. 259, of Penn Station, Westmoreland County.
