General Notes: Husband - George David Glosner

He continued to assist in the operation of the home farm until he had attained his majority, and then started out in life for himself as an agriculturist. For two years after his marriage, he lived on a farm which he owned in Curtin township, Centre County, Pennsylvania, and then removed to the old Hoy homestead. He was a thorough and skillful farmer, and as a cattle dealer he met with excellent success, and he came to be numbered among the substantial and well-to-do citizens of Marion township. Religiously, he was a member of the Reformed Church; politically, he was identified with the Republican party, and he served as auditor and school director in his township.
