General Notes: Husband - Sidney Artemas Riddle


He lived in Rocky Grove and was a stockholder and employee of the Producers' Supply Company of Franklin in 1919. [HVC 1919, 912]

He attended the public schools of Clintonville, Venango County, Pennsylvania, and then began his business career. Beginning in 1905, Mr. Riddle was associated with the Franklin Valveless Engine Company, in the capacity of clerk. Mr. Riddle was a Republican in his political convictions, and while sharing in the civic progress, he did not seek public office. Fraternally, he was affiliated with the Free and Accepted Masons, in the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, thirty-second degree; and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows; and he was a member of the Washington Club. His religious faith was that of the Presbyterian Church.
