General Notes: Husband - John Cresswell


He removed from Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, and settled in Indiana County, in 1802. He made the first improvement, but after working thirty years, and clearing one hundred and twenty-five acres of land, he was dispossessed for lack of a good title.
