General Notes: Wife - Jane Greenlee


She died when quite young of smallpox at Washington, Pennsylvania, at the home of her aunt Jean (Thomson) Wylie, with whom she lived after the killing of her father by the Indians. Under date of Oct. 21, 1705, Jean Greenlee, of Washington County, Pennsylvania, sent power of attorney (original in the hands of Theodore Samuel Thompson, on May 10, 1892) to William Thomson to collect all moneys due her from the estate of William Greenlee (her father) in the hands of James Greenlee (her brother), the administrator. Witnesses: Isaac Kerr and Robert Wylie (the husband of her aunt Jean Thomson).
