General Notes: Husband - Robert Lamont

He was a tailor by trade. The date of his first coming to Pittsburgh is not clearly known, but the second time was in the spring of 1855. He was a soldier in the War of 1812, in the United States army. He made his home in Pittsburgh until his death.

General Notes: Wife - Elizabeth Anderson

She was of Pennsylvania Dutch extraction, and was a woman of great firmness of character. Through her persistent efforts and good example she finally saw her husband converted to the religious faith which he ever afterwards lived in a consistent manner. They were members of the Wesleyan Methodist church.
