General Notes: Husband - Nelson Michener


In 1832, he moved to Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and in 1836 was employed upon the construction of the Tide Water Canal. In 1841 he purchased a farm of 103 acres, located in Lower Chanceford Township, where he then engaged in general farming and the practice of veterinary surgery.
He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Lower Chanceford.
