General Notes: Husband - John Morrow

---

He was born in Ireland, and was four years old when brought by his parents to the United States. The family came to Washington County, Pennsylvania, in 1820.
He was a black-smith and wagon maker by trade, and many of the wagons made by him were used in the construction of the National pike, while fifty-six were bought by the Government for use in the Mexican war. He was regarded as a man of much ability, and an excellent mechanic. His old workshop on East Wheeling street, Washington, was later owned by J. D. Jackson.

Still living when nearly ninety years of age, she possessed remarkably good health and memory. She was a member of the M. E. Church at Washington, Pennsylvania.
