General Notes: Wife - Lydia Studebaker


She and her husband were very devout Christian workers, members of the Baptist Church in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. In 1882, during the latter part of her life, Mrs. Harlan founded the Victory Baptist Church, and it long stood as a monument to her name. She was a cousin of the well-known Studebakers of Indiana.
