General Notes: Husband - Andrew McClure


He was reared on his father's farm in Lake Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania, and was a member of Captain John Junkin's company, the "Mercer Blues," in the War of 1812. After his marriage he located on his own farm near Clark's Mills. He was a member of the Democratic party.
