General Notes: Husband - Thomas J. Hazlett


He was a native of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and resided there until fourteen years of age, when with his parents he moved to Butler County, where he lived until his death. He was a farmer.
During the Civil War Mr. Hazlett served as a member of the One Hundred and Thirty-ninth Pennsylvania Infantry, having enlisted from Allegheny County in 1862. He served throughout the entire war period.
