General Notes: Husband - Archibald [2] Henderson


He was a farmer by occupation.
In 1865 he enlisted in Company E, One Hundred and Third Penn­sylvania Volunteers, and served until the close of the war. He held the office of poor director for nine years, and about all the township offi­ces. He voted the Republican ticket, and he and family were members of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Hendersonville. [HMC 1888, 1077]
