General Notes: Husband - H. P. Hilliard


After completing his schooling in the district schools of Marion and Washington townships, Butler County, Pennsylvania, he entered the employ of the Goff-Kirby Coal Company in Venango Township, and was connected with this concern for ten years as shipping clerk. In 1911 he engaged in the meat business at Boyers and purchased his father's business at that place. In 1923 Mr. Hilliard removed to Harrisville, where he conducted an extensive retail meat business.
Mr. Hilliard was a Republican, a member of the Methodist Church, and belonged to the Masonic Lodge.
