General Notes: Husband - Harry A. Hoch


He was educated in the public schools and in 1899 was graduated from Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania. Later, he also received a degree from Eastman College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He then returned to Chicora, Pennsylvania, and became identified with his father's business. In 1907 he became a clerk with Hoch Brothers Hardware Company, and thereafter devoted his entire time to this business enterprise.
He was a Republican and held membership in the First English Lutheran Church, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Knights of Pythias, and was a 32nd degree Mason.
