General Notes: Husband - Frederick Watts Hulings


He married and settled in Tennessee, where he became quite prominent, being at one time speaker of the House of Representatives of that State. He was a captain in the Confederate army, and while attempting to get on a train of cars during the Rebellion was severely injured, from the effects of which he died at his then residence, New Orleans.
