General Notes: Husband - Jacob Lesher

He was born on the banks of the Bushkill in Palmer township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. He was a carpenter, and became known as a good mechanic. He prospered in his work and was the owner of considerable property in Easton. He and his wife were devoted members of the Episcopal church.
He had a family of nine children; three passed away early.
