General Notes: Husband - John Marshall


He located in Birmingham township and later in Kennet where he became an extensive landowner, established mills, etc. He was the ancestor of the Marshalls, who were for a long time prominent paper manufacturers in Kennett, and the iron manufacturers of Marshallton, New Castle County, Delaware.
