General Notes: Husband - Archibald Bard


Early in life he lived at Ellicott's Mill, Baltimore County, Maryland, but later removed to Kentucky, where he was employed by the government as a bridge builder during the Civil War. After the war he was employed by James L. Haven & Co. for many years.
