General Notes: Husband - Thomas Forcey

---

A former resident of New Jersey, he settled at "Polk's Bottom," later on the site of Reedsville, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.

He was born in Delaware and as a young man of twenty-four came to what is now [Bradford township,] Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, to locate as a pioneer farmer. Despite the privations and hardships incident to frontier life he attained the advanced age of about ninety-nine years and six months.
