General Notes: Husband - Thomas Kennedy

His father brought him from Ireland to America when he was six years old. His father secured a farm of 230 acres in Clinton Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, the larger part of which was covered with for-est, ten acres alone having been cleared. Thomas Kennedy continued to live on that property as he grew to manhood, working to clear it, and when his father died, he inherited 100 acres. This farm was later owned by Thomas G. Kennedy, one of his sons.
