General Notes: Husband - John Kimple

He and his wife were both natives of New Jersey, who settled in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, in 1838, and later moved to Indiana County. He rented the Kelley farm for some time, after which he spent ten years on the Stanard farm, and then bought a tract of land in Mahoning township, which he cleared and improved. He later died there.
