General Notes: Husband - Peter Kinter


He was born in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, accompanied his parents to Rayne township, Indiana County, and there made his home until his death, which occurred on the farm. By trade he was a blacksmith, and he also followed farming, owning the tract of 200 acres upon which he made his home. He was first a Whig in politics, later becoming a Republican, and in religion was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
