General Notes: Husband - William Kyle

He came to America from Ireland and in 1817 bought 200 acres of land in North Beaver Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. Of all this large body of land, but one acre had been cleared and William Kyle labored until he had cleared all the rest.

He purchased his land from James Sample and paid the sum of $600 for it.
