General Notes: Husband - George Lecrone

He spent his early days on a farm, and at the age of sixteen came to Dover, York County, Pennsylvania, where he held the position of assistant postmaster for six years. He owned a fine dwelling in the town and also nineteen acres of land within the borough. He was a member of the German Reformed Church.

He served as councilman for Dover, Pennsylvania, nine years and as treasurer of the town for six years.
