General Notes: Husband - Richard Warren Littell

He was fifteen years of age at the time of the Civil War when his father recruited a company for the Seventy-sixth regiment, and he joined as drummer boy and served in his father's regiment for three years. After each battle he would look over the battlefield to see if his father had been killed, he being very devoted to his father and ever watchful for his welfare. Upon his return to Beaver County, Pennsylvania, he engaged in farming, later embarked in the grocery business in College Hill, but for a few years prior to his death led a retired life. He was an elder in the United Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls. He was survived by his wife and three children.
