General Notes: Husband - John Orbison


He held a commission during the Revolutionary War as first lieutenant, dated July 31, 1777. Some time after the war he moved to Maryland, thence to Rockbridge County, Virginia, whence about 1806 he with his family moved to a farm near Piqua, Ohio, and seven years later to near Troy, Ohio, where he died.
