He married and moved to Ohio, where he remained but a short time and then he returned to Washington County, Pennsylvania, and settled on a farm near Burgettstown, where he was engaged in farming until quite old. He then he sold out and went to his daughter's home in Guernsey County, Ohio, where he later died.
