Hempfield Twp, Westmoreland Co, PA

This family was established in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, by him. He was born and reared in Bucks County, and was there married to a Miss Long. Soon afterward he came to Westmoreland County, together with the Long family, locating on a farm near Madison, which was later owned by Thomas Brown. There he spent his remaining days, dying about 1830.
