General Notes: Husband - Samuel Love




He was born in Maryland, and came to Erie County, Pennsylvania, in 1802, with his parents. He received a country school education and learned farming and milling.
His father was drafted in the war of 1812 and he went as a substitute.
He and his wife had a family of 12 children, 10 of whom grew up.
