Frederick Charles Eiler
Frederick Charles Eiler, 79, of Lancaster Township, died yesterday morning in the McGrew Convalescent Home, Ellwood City district.
A son of the late Andrew and Mary Wolfe Eiler, Mr. Eiler spent his life in Lancaster Township. He was a farmer by occupation.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Ethel Eiler; six sons, Clarence Eiler of Ellwood City, Roy and Elmer Eiler of Detroit, Mich., Harry Eiler of Zelienople, and Gene and Gerald Eiler of Pittsburgh; six daughters, Mrs. Marie Morrison and Mrs. Ethel Hazen of Ellwood City, Mrs. Pearl Kearney of Vanport, Pa., Mrs. Sara Young of Ellwood City, Mrs. Wilma Holmes of California, and Gladys Eiler of Pittsburgh; a brother, Elmer Eiler of New Castle; 21 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Eiler was a member of St. John's (Stone) Lutheran Church, Lancaster Township.

EILER - Friends of Frederick Charles Eiler of Lancaster Twp., who died Monday, Sept. 20, 1954, will be received at the Ziegler Funeral Home, 208 Clay St., Zelienople, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday from the funeral home, with the Rev. Henry Obenauf, pastor of St. John's Lutheran (Stone) Church, Lancaster Twp., officiating. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Middle Lancaster. Arrangements by Ziegler Funeral Home, Zelienople.
