General Notes: Husband - Lyman Beecher Magill


He was a prominent lumberman at Tidioute, Pennsylvania. He was burned to death in the fire which destroyed the "City of Pittsburgh," he being a passenger in the ill-fated boat. He was in Pittsburgh on a visit to his brother at the time of the accident.
