General Notes: Husband - Milton Marburger

He came to America in early manhood and his first work was done on the old canal that was then in course of construction in Butler and Allegheny Counties, Pennsylvania. Later he bought fifty acres of land in Allegheny County, which he later sold to advantage and then purchased the farm in Adams Township, Butler County, which was later owned by his son, George W., which formerly belonged to Judge Marshall. On this farm he spent the remainder of his life.
