General Notes: Husband - Abijah Sibley


He moved to Concord, New York, where he purchased a farm. He was a contracting car­penter, locally famed for his skill and quick­ness. His integrity, kindness and marked self-control caused him to be highly regarded by all who knew him. He was a soldier in the war of 1812.
