General Notes: Husband - John Marquis


He was born on the family homestead and, with the exception of about ten years spent in Ohio, he resided in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. He was a man of retiring manners and deliberate judgment. He was connected with the Pulaski Presbyterian Church, and filled the office of ruling elder; likewise that of choir leader.

She died of typhoid fever.
