General Notes: Husband - David Porter


He died when about sixty years old. He had been engaged in farming for a number of years and was a well known citizen of Rockland Township, Venango County, Pennsylvania. He was elected school director on the Republican ticket, a member of the Odd Fellows, Masons and Maccabees, and held membership in the Presbyterian Church.
