General Notes: Husband - Clinton I. Skinner


He was educated in the public schools and became a farmer on the old Skinner homestead, one mile north of Dry Run, Pennsylvania, which he owned. His farm contained 175 acres and was one of the most fertile in the valley. He was a stanch Republican and a consistent member of the Upper Path Valley Presbyterian Church.
