General Notes: Husband - James N. Randall

He was reared in Ve­nango County, PA, and attended school at McKinzie's Corners. After leaving school he went to work in the oil fields of Butler County, and then learned the work of a stationary engineer, in which capacity he was employed at the coal mine of Lockrie Brothers, one and a half miles west of Hilliard. He cleared a farm of twenty-eight acres, and erected all the buildings thereon, creating a well improved place.
