General Notes: Husband - Joseph McClintock

---

He came to America from Ireland about 1750, and first appears on the tax lists in 1763. He settled in Shearman's Valley, in Cumberland (later Perry) County, Pennsylvania. His will was made in 1793.

He served in the Revolutionary War during eight separate enlistments, in three of which he had the rank of sergeant.
